Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Sales Floor Department Supervisor in the United States. The role focuses on leading a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, coaching associates, and ensuring store safety and productivity.

Responsibilities include collaborating with department leaders, guiding merchandising decisions, and maintaining strong product knowledge across departments. Occasional MOD duties may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of experience in a retail environment OR 5 years of experience in a retail environment.
• 1 year of experience in customer service.
• 1 year of experience supporting the unique needs of Pro customers (for Pro Department Supervisor).
• Experience providing direction or supervision to teams (with or without direct report responsibility).
• Experience supporting or participating in training, mentoring and developing associates.
• Experience working cross-functionally.
• Experience Using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure department coverage.
• Provide input into merchandising decisions and assist with down stocking, area recovery, and safety practices.
• Supervise customer-facing and non-customer-facing tasks and coach associates on safe behaviors and lifting techniques.
