Lowe’s is hiring a Sales Floor Department Supervisor to lead a team, ensure top customer service, and maintain a safe, well-stocked store. You will coach staff, delegate daily tasks, monitor performance, and manage department coverage to meet sales goals.

The role involves customer-facing duties, non-customer activities, and potential manager-on-duty shifts, with occasional travel to meetings or trainings as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus 3 years retail experience or 5 years retail experience.
• 1 year customer service experience required.
• 1 year supporting Pro customers (for Pro Department Supervisor).
• Experience directing teams, mentoring and developing associates.
• Experience cross-functional, training and store systems knowledge.
• Ability to obtain required sales licenses if law requires.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enable a team of associates to deliver customer experience.
• Coach and train associates, delegate tasks, and ensure department coverage.
• Greet customers, identify solutions, and close sales while maintaining safety and merchandising standards.
