Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Sales Floor Department Supervisor to lead a team in delivering outstanding customer service in a store environment. You will coach associates, delegate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure department coverage while driving sales and safety standards.

Responsibilities include customer-facing activities, back-end operations, safety walks, and collaboration with store leaders to meet sales objectives. Occasional store opening/closing may occur.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of retail experience, or 5 years retail experience.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1 year supporting Pro customers (for Pro Department Supervisor).
• Experience leading or supervising teams.
• Experience training and developing associates.
• Experience working cross-functionally.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a team of associates to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Greet customers, clarify needs, identify solutions, and close sales.
• Oversee down stocking, inventory, and area recovery; ensure safety and lifting compliance.
