Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in retail environment or 5 years total retail experience.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1 year of Pro customers support experience (Pro Department Supervisor).
• Experience directing or supervising teams, with or without direct reports.
• Experience training, mentoring and developing associates.
• Experience working cross-functionally.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of associates to deliver best customer experience.
• Coach and train associates, delegate tasks, and monitor daily performance.
• Assist with down stocking, area recovery, and merchandising input.
• Ensure store safety and compliance with lifting directions.
• Communicate best practices to drive engaging, customer-focused behavior.
• Occasionally open or close the store or serve as manager-on-duty.
