You will recruit, hire, train, develop and motivate your team, assist the department manager in achieving department goals, coach salespeople, ensure merchandising standards, and actively sell on the floor to build lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• Experience developing relationships with department and store leaders.

Responsibilities
