Brobston Group seeks a Sales Supervisor to support daily store operations at Seattle Premium Outlet, Tulalip Bay, WA. You will lead the sales floor, coach staff, and drive customer-centric experiences while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities include achieving sales KPIs, building client relationships, and collaborating with management on policies and initiatives. The role requires strong communication and flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Formación

• 3+ years in retail or related customer service roles.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Experience generating sales and building client relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time management skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
