Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Sales Floor Department Supervisor in Ohio to lead a team delivering exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor. You will coach associates, ensure department coverage, and support merchandising decisions while maintaining safety and efficiency throughout the store.

The role involves customer-facing duties, leadership responsibilities, and potential MOD duties. Strong retail leadership and knowledge of store systems are valued traits for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of retail experience or 5 years in retail.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1 year of supporting Pro customers (Pro Department Supervisor).
• Experience directing or supervising teams (with or without direct reports).
• Experience training, mentoring and developing associates.

Responsibilities

• Provide resources and tools to support those assisting customers to ensure the best service.
• Assist with down stocking, area recovery, and input into merchandising decisions.
• Coach employees on safe behaviors and lifting techniques; monitor use of store power equipment.
• Lead and enable a team of associates to deliver the best customer experience; manage performance and department coverage.
• Supervise both customer-facing and non-customer-facing activities and ensure store safety.
