You will coach staff, delegate daily tasks, manage performance, and ensure the department is stocked, safe, and ready to meet customer needs. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 3 years retail experience OR 5 years in retail.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1 year of Pro customers support experience (if applicable).
• Experience directing or supervising teams (with or without direct reports).
• Training/mentoring/ developing associates experience.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of associates to deliver the best customer experience.
• Delegate tasks, follow up on daily duties, and manage department coverage.
• Oversee customer-facing activities and store safety, including safety walks and hazard reporting.
• Ensure broad product knowledge and effective communication of best practices to the team.
