Memphis Goodwill Industries Inc is seeking a Sales Floor Associate in Covington, TN. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise inquiries, and promote sales while maintaining store presentation and inventory accuracy.

The role requires adherence to company guiding principles and a proactive approach to safety and loss prevention. The position involves stocking, organizing racks, and keeping dressing rooms and cash wrap area neat.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow store policies.

Responsabilités

• Greets customers in a prompt, friendly, and courteous manner; assist customers with merchandise inquiries; promote sales.
• Adheres to Goodwill’s Guiding Principles.
• Ensures accurate counts; aims to meet production goals of 14 racks or carts per day.
• Places apparel, wares, shoes, accessories, etc., onto sales floor in correct location and rotates merchandise as needed.
• Maintains sales floor and inventory in a clean, neat, and properly displayed manner to maximize profits.
• Maintains dressing rooms free of dust and clutter; removes hangers from cash wrap.
• Follows all policies and procedures; reports safety hazards and incidents as required.
• Reports all incidents of theft to a manager or Loss Prevention.
