Job summary

Amplify in the United States is seeking a Reporting Associate to ensure accuracy and integrity of Sales Finance data. You will collaborate with Finance and Revenue Operations to verify inputs and support data validity initiatives, aligning with Sales Financial Operations goals.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and dependable, with strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, plus a willingness to travel up to 5% of the time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and able to analyze large data sets.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to travel (5% of the time).

Responsibilities

  • Assist with ensuring expenses are coded correctly in Concur to comply with policies.
  • Guide employees on proper coding for correct classifications at expense level.
  • Create and manage event budgets for key Sales stakeholders.
  • Support Sales with order requests for swag and marketing materials via the portal.
  • Verify accuracy of commission plan calculations.
  • Support day-to-day workflow for the commission process.
  • Research financial questions and locate answers.
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement to design training and host live demos.
  • Maintain and update training materials reflecting current processes.
