Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a related field is required or preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Associates degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma or GED with 8 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Support operational processes by ensuring information is complete, accurate, and maintained.
• Coordinate activities across teams to support business operations and project execution.
• Gather, analyze, validate, and maintain operational and business data.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, metrics, and leadership updates.
• Support corporate consolidation and reporting activities, including preparation, validation, and reconciliation of inputs for enterprise-level reporting cycles.
• Coordinate One Techbook preparation for ETDG, ensuring content, metrics, and supporting materials are complete, accurate, and ready for review.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with established business processes, policies, and governance requirements.
• Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Assist with ad hoc analysis, reporting requests, and special projects as needed.
