Job summary

YO IT Consulting is seeking a Finance Associate for a contract role that can be performed remotely in the United States. The successful candidate will manage A/R and A/P, use QuickBooks for day-to-day bookkeeping, and maintain financial data in Google Sheets to support accurate reporting.

This position requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience as Staff Accountant, Accounting Associate, Bookkeeper, or Accountant.
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks for day-to-day financial management.
• Strong command of Google Sheets, including formulas and data organization.
• Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment and work independently.
• Must be based in the USA and able to work extended or weekend hours when required.
