City Lifestyle is seeking a Sales Finance Manager who lives in the numbers and translates data into actionable insight for leadership. You will track performance across Regional Sales Directors, Sales Coaches, and publishers, turning raw data into business recommendations.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in data or business analytics within a sales or finance function, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with SQL or BI tools. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of data/business analytics in a sales or finance context.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and multi-tab reporting.
• Experience with SQL or BI tools to derive insights.
• Strong communication and ability to influence executives.
• Detail-oriented with ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains recurring reporting on sales performance (conversion rates, pipeline health, rep-level and regional trends, product attach rates).
• Identifies what's working and what isn't — surfacing outliers and top/bottom performers with rigor.
• Partners with the VP of Sales to translate data into strategy: coaching priorities and territory adjustments.
• Holds accountability reporting cadence to RSDs and Sales Coaches; moves beyond dashboards to action.
• Investigates root causes behind performance gaps (pricing hesitancy, lead quality, confidence).
• Builds tools (workbooks, scorecards) to make performance visible and actionable.
• Maintains data integrity across CRM and reporting systems; flags discrepancies.
• Presents findings in leadership meetings in a clear, non-technical way.
