Job summary

Bosch Group is seeking a finance professional to own product area reporting, including P&L ownership, and ensure accurate forecasting and on-time delivery. This role partners with manufacturing, IT, and operations to drive data-driven decisions.

You will build Power BI dashboards, automate data pipelines with Power Query, and mentor junior analysts while delivering timely financial insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years finance-related experience (5+ years for Sr. Analyst).
• MBA preferred; 2-4 years plant/cost/sales controlling a plus.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, IBM planning analytics; BI tools.
• A track record of designing automated P&L/cost reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead for product area reporting with full P&L ownership; ensure OTD and FPY goals.
• Interface with manufacturing plants on controlling topics and transparency.
• Prepare and present financial reporting and data-driven analyses.
• Lead automation: Power BI dashboards, Power Query models, Excel solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to improve data pipelines.
• Mentor analysts on reporting automation and visualization best practices.
• Drive special projects and ad-hoc analyses for leadership decisions.
