You will oversee commission strategy, analytics, and reporting, collaborating with Sales, HR, and Finance to shape compensation plans and drive business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance from an accredited institution.
• MBA degree is preferred and considered a plus.
• Experience leading finance teams and recruiting finance staff.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with incentives/commission systems.
• Experience in commissions, sales finance or corporate finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a financial planning and analysis team supporting 900+ sales professionals.
• Oversee commission design, administration, analytics, and reporting.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, HR to analyze plans and ensure accuracy.
• Provide strategic insights for compensation programs to drive revenue growth.
• Maintain commission documentation and communicate plans across the sales org.
• Develop ad hoc analyses and executive-level reporting; automate processes.
• Oversee commission systems implementation and controls; ensure audit readiness.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic finance initiatives.
