CoStar Group is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our Sales Finance team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a finance leader looking to accelerate their career within a high-growth, industry-leading organization. In this highly visible role, you will oversee the commission strategy, administration, and analytics function supporting more than 900 sales professionals while partnering closely with senior leaders across Finance, Sales, Human Resources, and Operations. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Finance, you will lead a team responsible for the accurate and timely calculation of sales commissions, while also influencing compensation plan design, business performance analytics, and strategic decision-making. Beyond commission management, this role offers broad exposure to forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, process automation, and executive-level reporting, providing a unique opportunity to expand your leadership and business partnership capabilities. This position is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys leading teams, driving business outcomes through data-driven insights, and building scalable processes. The final salary or hourly rate offered for this role will fall within the range set forth below based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies. Base Compensation: $119,000.00 - 161,000.00 USD Annual
