Qualifications

• Ability to answer questions, provide recommendations, and follow up on referrals.

Responsibilities

• Answer Owner questions regarding property use and amenities.
• Follow up on referrals from Owners.
• Fulfill requests about pricing, maps, descriptions, locations, and network information.
• Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction and promote promotions.
• Maintain records of customer contacts for effective follow-up.
