Role Description
This is a full-time remote role in Austin for a Sales Executive—Tech Partnerships. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with technology partners, identifying new business opportunities, pitching products and services, and closing deals.
This is a high-visibility, field-based role. You will be the face of TECLA in Austin and other key U.S. markets, building trusted relationships with tech executives and driving new client engagements.
You’ll stay active in the Austin startup ecosystem by attending industry events, private dinners, meetups, and VC/founder gatherings. The core skill we're hiring for is your ability to build trust and drive meaningful conversations in person.

The expected on-target earnings (OTE), which is comprised of a base salary and other forms of cash compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, is currently $70,000 to $115,000. This pay range is just one component of Tecla's total rewards package. Tecla takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including the job and level they are hired into, location, skillset, and peer compensation.
