BizIQ’s Mid-Market Strategic Sales Department is seeking an experienced, driven, enthusiastic Sales Executive with a passion for small businesses and the digital marketing industry. In this role you will contribute with hands-on experience in the most current digital marketing methodologies, sales fundamentals and SEO / PPC best practices. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, has excellent phone and video etiquette, pays attention to every detail, works well with others and is able to adapt to changes quickly in a high-pressure sales driven environment.

OBJECTIVES

  1. Source new sales opportunities through networking, inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, emails, and existing business connections.
  2. Conduct discovery to uncover client needs and pain points for tailored solutions and value propositions.
  3. Manage a pipeline throughout the sales cycle, collaborating with teams and serving as primary acquisition contact.
  4. Research prospects' businesses, identify decision-makers, and generate interest while staying updated on industry trends.
  5. Conduct online demos and presentations, showcasing how products/services solve client pain points.
  6. Overcome objections by addressing concerns and providing solutions to facilitate sales.
  7. Negotiate and close deals by managing contract terms and pricing, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  8. Collaborate with marketing, account management, and other teams to align strategies for maximum results.
  9. Deliver detailed monthly sales forecasts covering multiple products/services for strategic planning.
  10. Document all sales activities in CRM for enhanced team collaboration and tracking.

  2. Strong capability to understand products/services and address customer inquiries thoroughly.
  3. Experienced in initial outreach for lead generation and client identification.
  4. Attentive listener, empathetic to customer challenges and needs.
  5. Proven expertise in negotiating, closing sales, and efficiently managing contracts and pricing.
  6. Adept at identifying customer needs, prioritizing, and finalizing sales.
  7. Talented in overcoming objections and resolving customer concerns for sales success.
  8. Exceptional time management, effectively handling multiple leads and sales activities.
  9. Strong CRM knowledge for tracking leads and team collaboration.
  10. Competent in tracking sales metrics like conversion rates and pipeline progression.
  11. Skilled in strategic approaches to enhance customer engagement and sales performance.
  12. Proficient in using Google Suite tools to boost productivity and collaboration.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  1. 5+ years of experience with successfully meeting sales quota in a B2B environment.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in a closing role, preferably selling to mid-sized companies or larger markets.
  3. Experience in driving top-line revenue within a <60 days closing conversion path.
  4. High level experience with productivity and web presentation tools.
  5. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or sales is a big plus.

  1. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  2. Prolonged periods attending or presenting on video calls with camera on.
