The salary range for this full-time position is $70k+ commissions depending on skills and experience.

THIS POSITION IS REMOTE, BUT LIMITED TO APPLICANTS CURRENTLY RESIDING IN THE NORTH JERSEY AREA. Travel to client sites in the region is required.

Summary of Position

The Regional Sales Executives are individual contributor field salespeople responsible for generating new business bookings primarily from new customers within their territories. This role involves articulating the value of our short-run, quick-turnaround digital flexible packaging solutions, managing the sales process, and closing new deals. Each Sales Executive will utilize our lead generation team to support sales growth within a designated manufacturing plant location. Territories cover approximately 120 miles and may include some national accounts.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Manage existing customers and develop new ones by leveraging technology, products, and capabilities to increase market share within existing accounts.
  • Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors’ offerings, pricing, and sales strategies.
  • Build relationships and identify customer needs for our products or services.
  • Maintain current customer relationships through visits, calls, quarterly reviews, and participation in internal/external events.
  • Participate in community events to network and promote our services.
  • Enter all customer information and updates promptly into Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with other divisions to explore cross-selling opportunities and maximize sales potential.
  • Proactively seek, identify, and secure new business opportunities with both new and existing customers, managing resources effectively to achieve goals.
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline focused on increasing active customers and growth.
  • Establish strong, multi-level, mutually beneficial relationships with customers.
Non-Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Participate in partnership and problem-solving sessions, as well as product line trials with existing and new customers.
Experience and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in packaging and working with large accounts.
  • Results-oriented with strong 'hunting' sales skills.
  • Business acumen.
  • Superior analytical and financial skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt and learn Google Suites, as ePac uses this platform instead of Windows.
