Job summary

Qualifications

As a Sales Executive, Secure Digital Operations you will help clients unlock value through digital transformation at scale.

You’ll lead complex sales pursuits that integrate Cybersecurity, Digital/AI solutions, and Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) software. These pursuits will accelerate customer outcomes across industrial operations, with a focus in the Automotive and Tire industries.

You will report to the Director, Secure Digital Operations and work remotely from anywhere in either Michigan or Ohio.

Guide strategic, digital transformation pursuits across your assigned accounts or region.

Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close, across Cyber, Digital and MOM solution areas.

Partner with technical domain experts, delivery leaders, and account teams to shape value‑driven solutions.

Identify new opportunities by understanding customer pain points, trends, and priorities.

Focus on long‑term value creation, not transactional sales — clients measure your success by their success.

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience

• Experience with product development, manufacturing, industrial automation, or digital transformation consulting.
• Familiarity with MES, PLM, cybersecurity, industrial AI/ML, or cloud platforms.
