Job description

Job Title: Sales Executive, Radiology Informatics (Midwest)

Job Description:

As the Sales Executive, Enterprise Informatics, you will be responsible for selling our complete Imaging Informatics Portfolio (Enterprise, Radiology PACS, Cardiology PACS, and 3D AV solutions) into net new Health Systems in your assigned territory. You will also coach the sales team to meet and manage customer expectations throughout the sales process.

Your role:

  1. Research targeted accounts in your territory to understand their business challenges, critical metrics, issues, goals, and growth strategies to develop a Philips objective and strategy for your targeted accounts.
  2. Collaborate with your team—District Sales VP, Account Executive (if applicable), and Specialists—to create a detailed account strategy for each account in your assigned territory.
  3. Present Philips Health Informatics strategy clearly, build and cultivate relationships in your targeted accounts to uncover new business opportunities.
  4. Become a Trusted Advisor by providing insights on industry trends, the competitive landscape, healthcare legislation, etc., to help these accounts achieve their goals.
  5. Identify growth potential by analyzing competitive replacement targets, account standardization plans, current contracts, account needs and strategies, understanding our solutions, leveraging our install base, and executing strategic plans to expand Philips imaging informatics footprint.

You're the right fit if:

  1. You have a four-year college degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years of hospital/IDN field sales experience calling on C-level executives.
  2. You possess a strong understanding of the Enterprise Imaging Informatics (HIT) market, trends, and value-based healthcare trends.
  3. You have outstanding communication skills, demonstrated customer follow-up, and experience selling diverse IT portfolio solutions, preferably in the Enterprise Imaging Informatics space.
  4. You have experience leading account teams and influencing without direct authority, with a complex sales cycle involving multiple decision-makers.
  5. You can perform the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements for this sales position, with or without accommodations.

How we work together:

We believe in collaboration. Office-based teams work onsite at least 3 days/week. Onsite roles require full-time presence at company facilities. Field roles are primarily outside the main facilities, at customer or supplier locations.

Philips Transparency Details:

Target earnings range from $260,500 to $306,000 annually, plus company vehicle, based on performance (85%-120%). Total rewards include PTO, 401k, HSA, stock purchase, education reimbursement, and more. Details are available here.
