Job Title: Sales Executive, Radiology Informatics (Midwest)

Job Description

As the Sales Executive, Enterprise Informatics, you will be responsible for selling our complete Imaging Informatics Portfolio (Enterprise, Radiology PACS, Cardiology PACS, and 3D AV solutions) into net new Health Systems in your assigned territory. You will coach the sales team to meet and manage customer expectations throughout the sales process.

Your role:

  1. Research targeted accounts in your territory to understand their business challenges, critical metrics, issues, goals, and growth strategy to develop a Philips objective and strategy for your targeted accounts.
  2. In collaboration with your team (District Sales VP, Account Executive if applicable, and Specialists), create a detailed account strategy for each account in your territory.
  3. Present Philips Health Informatics strategy clearly, build, cultivate, and leverage relationships within targeted accounts to uncover new business opportunities.
  4. Become a Trusted Advisor by providing insights on industry trends, competitive landscape, healthcare legislation, etc., to help accounts reach their goals.
  5. Identify growth potential by analyzing competitive replacement targets, account standardization plans, current contracts, needs & strategies, understanding solutions, leveraging our install base, and executing strategic plans to grow Philips imaging informatics footprint.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have a four-year college degree or equivalent experience, with 5+ years of hospital/IDN field sales experience calling on C-level executives.
  • You possess a strong understanding of the Enterprise Imaging Informatics (HIT) market, trends, and value-based healthcare trends.
  • You have outstanding communication skills, demonstrated customer follow-up, and experience selling diverse IT portfolio solutions, preferably in the Enterprise Imaging Informatics space.
  • You have experience leading account teams and influencing without direct authority, especially in complex sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
  • You are able to meet the physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements for this sales position, with or without accommodations.

How we work together

We believe in collaboration. Office-based teams work onsite at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence at company facilities. Field roles are typically outside the main facilities, at customer or supplier locations.

Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings range from $260,500 to $306,000 annually (base salary + incentive), depending on performance, plus a company fleet/car. Compensation varies based on individual performance.
