Jobot is seeking a high-energy sales professional to join a growing digital marketing, media, and advertising agency. The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions, with total compensation in the range of $80,000 to $140,000 in year one depending on experience and performance.

The position supports a hybrid work arrangement (1–2 days in office per week) or remote work for the right candidate, with unlimited PTO and a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision

• Manage your sales territory as you own business

• Leverage a team of experts with their National Digital Agency to put together proposals that include cutting edge audience research partnered with proven marketing recommendations
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Manage customer contracts including budget, billing accuracy, and account balance
• Share new approaches in sales and product development to support their learning culture
