Job summary

Jobot is seeking a highly dynamic Sales Professional to drive growth in the audio-visual sector from our Pennsylvania base. The role focuses on developing new business, managing complex multi-stakeholder deals, and leveraging Salesforce and Hubspot to track opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, specifically within the Audio Visual industry.
• Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce and Hubspot, with a deep understanding of how to leverage these tools to drive sales success.
• Experience in delivering compelling audiovisual presentations to a range of stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and a passion for achieving results.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis.
