Job description

Job Title: Sales Executive, Cardiology Informatics (Northeast)

As the Sales Executive for Cardiology Informatics, you will be responsible for selling our Cardiology Informatics Portfolio into existing and new healthcare facilities within your assigned territory. You will work closely with clinical and technical specialists to achieve sales goals.

Your responsibilities:
  1. Research targeted accounts to understand their current cardiology solutions and identify opportunities for upgrades or replacements with Philips solutions, including interventional and non-invasive cardiology, and advanced visualization.
  2. Collaborate with regional sales teams, clinical and technical specialists to develop strategies for business growth and meeting your annual sales targets.
  3. Present and articulate Philips Cardiology Informatics solutions, build relationships within your accounts, and uncover new business opportunities.
  4. Develop relationships with co-selling colleagues across related Philips business units.
  5. Analyze market and account data to identify growth opportunities and execute strategic plans to expand Philips' footprint in cardiology informatics.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field; 5+ years of hospital or IDN sales experience, engaging with clinical and executive personnel.
  • Deep understanding of cardiology workflows, including interventional and non-invasive cardiology.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proven track record in selling IT solutions, preferably in cardiology informatics.
  • Experience leading account teams and managing complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
  • Ability to meet physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements for this role.
Work Environment:

This is a field-based role requiring onsite presence at customer locations, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office for office-based teams. Full-time presence at company facilities is expected for onsite roles.

Compensation:

Total target earnings range from $260,500 to $306,000 annually, plus company vehicle, based on performance. Our comprehensive benefits include PTO, 401k matching, HSA contributions, stock purchase plans, and education reimbursement. More details are available here.

Additional Information:

US work authorization is required; sponsorship is not provided. Relocation benefits are not available. Candidates must reside within or near the territory, which includes MA, NY, NJ, PA, and VA.
