TalentCo is excited to be working with an AI InsurTech startup (Y-Combinator backed) seeking to hire an exceptional Mid-Market Account Executive for their growing team in the US.

Having completed their pre-seed raise in 2024, they are preparing to close a substantial seed round in Q2 2025. They see now as the perfect time to add a world-class seller to their founder-led commercial efforts.

They have a strong and driven team of 12 and operate a remote model across the US.

As their Mid-Market Account Executive, you will:

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through a disciplined, analytics-based lead generation process while managing a well-organized sales funnel.
  • Drive revenue growth for 2025 by leading impactful sales initiatives, execution plans, and winning new logos within the US insurance industry.
  • Foster lasting client partnerships through consistent communication, trust-building, and delivering exceptional service.

We want to hear from you if:

  • You have at least 3 years of success and overachievement in a closing role within SaaS sales.
  • You are an expert in high-velocity mid-market SaaS sales, comfortable with deal values of $50k-$100k ARR (larger contracts are possible, but velocity is key).
  • You have a proven track record of closing net-new business at VC-backed startups or in similar high-growth environments.
