Responsibilities
- Grow Our Business While Growing Your Team. Work with your team within your assigned geography to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals through effective use of planned resources.
- Lead Your Team. Provide overall direction, motivation, and support to your sales team in a designated territory. Ensure that all Sales Associates utilize the Salesforce Automation System and implement audit procedures to ensure compliance.
- Recruit, hire, and train sales associates. Interview, identify, and motivate sales associates while providing continuous feedback on performance and coaching to help develop their careers.
- Represent ADP. Represent ADP to customers, prospects, and the public by spending time in the field, attending trade shows, demonstrations, and seminars. Stay current on ADP products and technology.
Required Qualifications
- Sales Role Model. A successful track record of business-to-business sales experience (2+ years). Excellent client interaction and presentation skills.
- People Person and Coach. A relationship builder who motivates people and delivers performance feedback and coaching.
- Trusted Advisor. Demonstrates integrity and delivers on promises consistently.
- Expert Planner. Strong time‑management and multitasking skills with excellent planning abilities.
- A college degree is beneficial but not required. Acceptable alternative experience includes military service or equivalent business-to-business sales or sales‑management experience.
