Ideal candidates have 3+ years in 3PL sales, are self-starters, and thrive in a collaborative, results-driven environment. The role emphasizes relationship-building, negotiation, and delivering value to clients across North America.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of sales experience in a 3PL environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Aufgaben

• Prospecting for companies that ship freight within North America.
• Researching companies/contacts and preparing for initial calls.
• Cold calling and/or cold emailing prospects to start conversations.
• Identifying business opportunities within new and current customers.
• Building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Monitoring trends in customer purchase behavior and following up for root causes.
• Lead discovery calls and in-person meetings with prospects and clients.
• Develop pricing strategies that fit client budgets and support branch success.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
