About the Company
Cadient Talent LLC, founded in 2019, operates in HR technology, SaaS, and venture capital and private equity principals. Headquartered in Newark, New York, the company is building an AI-native HR technology platform on the foundation of two decades serving America’s hourly workforce. Its solutions support high-volume employers across retail, hospitality, healthcare, quick-service restaurants, and grocery. The platform includes an applicant tracking system and an expanding suite spanning sourcing, matching, tenure, screening, texting, and employee referrals. Cadient is moving from ATS capabilities toward a broader HR suite designed for the next decade of hourly hiring. The company operates with small teams, heavy automation, direct leadership access, and a strong bias toward ownership. It is focused on scaling efficiently while addressing the challenges of finding startup and scale-up talent, securing qualified technical professionals, and reducing time-to-hire that affects business operations.
About the Role
As Sales Representative, you will be a key commercial face of Cadient Talent LLC across the United States, combining remote selling with frequent customer and industry travel. You will own the full revenue cycle: identify target accounts, create outbound demand, engage senior HR buyers, diagnose workforce challenges, position the right solution, close new business, and expand adoption across the suite. Your mandate is weighted toward new-logo hunting, while also expanding existing customers, converting trade shows into qualified opportunities, and building referral partnerships with RPO, HRIS, HCM, and technology providers. You will sell business outcomes including lower 90‑day attrition, faster time-to-fill, and reduced cost-per-hire rather than relying on feature demonstrations. Success is measured through high-quality pipeline, incremental ARR, new logos, expansions, partnerships, and accurate forecasts.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage at least $2 million in qualified annual recurring revenue pipeline through systematic outbound prospecting, account prioritization, and AI-enabled research that increases coverage and conversion.
- Prospect CHROs, VPs of Talent Acquisition, and hourly hiring leaders across target industries, creating demand from scratch rather than depending on inbound lead flow.
- Own full-cycle enterprise and mid-market sales from targeting through discovery, solution design, negotiation, close, implementation alignment, and expansion, protecting value throughout the buying process.
- Expand existing customer relationships from individual products into multi-product strategic accounts by identifying operational gaps and connecting solutions to measurable workforce outcomes.
- Represent Cadient at NRF, SHRM, HR Tech, TA Week, and other industry events, converting conversations and attendance into meetings, opportunities, and attributable revenue.
- Build scalable referral partnerships with RPO, HRIS, HCM, and technology providers, establishing joint routes to market that create repeatable pipeline beyond individual prospecting.
- Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene, opportunity progression, and forecasting while returning market intelligence to Product and leadership to improve positioning and commercial execution.
- 1‑10 years of United States B2B SaaS sales experience with a demonstrated hunter profile, full-cycle ownership, and success creating outbound pipeline in enterprise or mid‑market environments.
- Proven ability to close deals with at least $100,000 ACV and sell consultatively to senior HR, talent acquisition, and workforce stakeholders using quantified ROI.
- Working knowledge of CRM discipline, AI‑assisted prospecting, intelligent outbound, and sales forecasting; experience with HR technology, ATS, HCM, workforce management, or MarTech is preferred.
Additional Plus
- Experience selling into hourly‑heavy industries such as retail, hospitality, healthcare, quick‑service restaurants, or grocery, where hiring volume and retention economics shape buying decisions.
- Existing relationships with RPO, HRIS, HCM, technology, or enterprise HR buyers that can accelerate new‑logo access and partnership development.
- Comfort traveling 40–50% for customer meetings, trade shows, field selling, and relationship development across the United States.
What You’ll Bring
- You will bring a builder’s mindset and the discipline to create revenue where no ready‑made pipeline exists. You have demonstrated that you can identify the right accounts, reach senior decision‑makers, run thoughtful discovery, quantify business pain, and close complex B2B SaaS opportunities.
- You are comfortable selling to CHROs, talent acquisition executives, and workforce leaders who expect commercial conversations grounded in operational and financial outcomes. You can connect platform capabilities to reduced early attrition, faster hiring, lower cost‑per‑hire, and broader workforce performance.
- You manage the complete sales cycle personally, while also recognizing when partnerships, events, customer advocacy, or internal collaboration can improve the result. You are rigorous about CRM hygiene, forecasting, and opportunity progression because reliable data improves decisions and protects growth.
- You work effectively in a small, fast‑moving organization where permission is not a substitute for ownership. You use AI and intelligent outbound tools to increase leverage, respond well to direct feedback, and bring useful market intelligence back to Product and leadership.
- Frequent travel, ambitious targets, and uncapped earning potential motivate rather than discourage you.
