Looking to join an energizing team focused on delivering industry leading marketing, advertising, and web development services to customers around the country? At 2782 Digital you will be working with our team in a fast paced, fun, and exciting atmosphere to be an account manager / sales executive to our clients. We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to support the growing markets. The Ideal candidate will work with the Executive, Development, Marketing and Support teams while creating, managing and closing sales of website, marketing, and advertising packages.Job Duties:
  • Go through existing sales leads and requests to create new business
  • Maintain appropriate communication with prospective clients by following up in a timely manner
  • Maintain an updated target list of prospective, qualified customers in CRM and monitor progress in converting from prospective to current customers.
  • Attend trade show events to promote products to potential customers
  • Work closely with entrepreneurs and executives who are making capital purchases to benefit their company
  • Ensure sales quotas are being met and exceeded
  • Be involved in a full cycle sales process, including contract negotiation and closing sales
  • Ability to identify and seek out leads
  • Public speaking and closing skills
Skill Requirements:
  • Must be proficient with using the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook) and experienced with using CRM technology
  • Experience closing sales and generating revenue with a passion to help clients grow
  • Negotiate, upsell, and close deals using innovative sales and persuasion strategies
  • Proven track record of negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through
  • Understand user behavior and how technology works and the ability to explain each in ordinary terms
  • Identify potential customers and self-generate leads through online, creative, and traditional marketing techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Develop leads and sales opportunities and follow through with a defined sales plan.
Recommended Skills:
  • Minimum four years of proven sales success, preferably in business software sales
  • 2 to 5 years ad sales experience in a sales capacity
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Degree in Business or related discipline
  • Familiarity of working in a fast-moving sales environment
  • Ability to prioritize; work in an organized fashion and strong decision-making skills
  • BA/BS degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Assertive, self-motivated, and capable of making independent decisions
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of lead generation and CRM software
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and own a personal car
