Service Management Group (SMG) is seeking a Sales Executive to lead the sales cycle, engage stakeholders, and drive revenue through consultative selling in a remote-first environment. Sales Executive
SMG is hiring a Sales Executive who will be accelerating the sales cycle, understanding the organizational landscape, decision criteria, risk associated with change while securing buy-in and alignment across multiple stakeholders. They will have a proven track record of achieving quota, generating most of their own pipeline, and with a network of prospects they can tap & convert.

Do you reside in the US or UK?*
This is a full-time position that requires certain hours' overlap with the US business hours. Are you able to work during the peak hours of 8am - 12pm US Central Time (1pm - 5pm GMT) on weekdays?*
Do you have experience selling a solution that is specifically designed to measure Customer Experience (CX) and consultatively encouraging brands to take action to improve their business based on the insights gleaned from CX measurement? Eg, you have worked for a company competing with Medallia, Qualtrics, etc.*
Do you have a strong understanding of a structured consultative strategic selling process (e.g. Franklin Covey or similar)?*
Do you have expert presentation skills and experience presenting to C level?*
Are you able to travel from time to time when appropriate?*
Have you been working in a role that is materially similar to the job description for 3-4 years?*
This role entails some leads from Marketing but 40-50% will need to be self-sourced. Do you have a network in the CX or EX space who will take your call, engage in a review, & who you believe you can convert to revenue?*
