McClure Company is growing! We're looking for dynamic remote Account Executives in PA (or surrounding states) to play an integral part in our geographic expansion and development strategy. Mechanical engineer background helpful but not necessary. Demonstrated sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• With minimal supervision, sells the McClure Company offerings – particularly focused on energy services and performance contracting to public entities including but not limited to; K-12 education, county government, state agencies, healthcare and higher education.
• Identifies, sells, renews or expands service agreements as part of a bundled offering to the performance contract.
• Coordinates and performs duties and responsibilities such as lead generation, customer services, proposal development, customer acquisition and coordinating the start of projects for Performance Contracts and other energy services solutions.
• Responds to Requests for Proposals and Requests for Qualifications.
• Self generates leads within the identified vertical markets and geographical regions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related discipline preferred
• Prior ESCO / Energy Savings Performance Contracting experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Strong verbal, written, computer communication and technical presentation skills
• Strong needs-based sales skills
• Knowledge of building infrastructure systems and energy analysis
• Valid Drivers’ License in good standing, issued by resident state required
