What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a driven, experienced, and self-motivated Lead Sales Executive to take point on business development and client acquisition. You’ll play a critical role in generating new business opportunities, managing strategic accounts, and helping us grow into a dominant name in offensive security.
Responsibilities
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, closing, and onboarding
• Identify and develop relationships with CISOs, security leaders, and procurement teams
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand client needs and create tailored solutions
• Represent Below0Day at industry events, conferences, and online forums
• Provide input into sales strategy, pricing models, and go-to-market plans
• Manage CRM tools and report on pipeline and sales performance
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or technology sales (pen testing or MSSP experience a big plus)
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a B2B environment
• Comfortable speaking to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Self-starter with excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills
• Deep understanding of offensive security services or willingness to learn fast
• U.S.-based, remote work with occasional travel as needed
Nice to Have
• Existing network of cybersecurity decision-makers
• Experience in cybersecurity in sales or otherwise.
• Experience selling to enterprise or regulated industries (finance, healthcare, SaaS)
• Familiarity with sales tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Apollo.io
