Marriott Vacations Worldwide seeks a Sales Executive Trainee to assist Owners and guests with experiences and events, creating memorable vacation memories and delivering exceptional service. The role focuses on recommending options, following up on referrals, and handling inquiries with a customer-first mindset.

The position requires a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays, may involve background/drug screening, and an active Real Estate License where required by law.

Responsabilités

• Answer Owner questions regarding property use and amenities; make recommendations based on owner information.
• Follow up on referrals/leads from Owners.
• Fulfill requests from Owners or prospects regarding pricing, maps, descriptions, room locations, and network information.
• Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction, inform about promotions, and develop business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain records on customer contacts to support follow-up opportunities.

As a Sales Executive Trainee , a typical day will include:

• Answer O wner questions regarding the use of properties and location amenities; make recommendations given the background information obtained on the owner through discovery.
• Follow up on referrals/leads from O wners.
• Fulfill requests from O wners or prospects regarding pricing, property maps, property descriptions, room locations, and portfolio/network information.
• Contact O wners to monitor satisfaction, make them aware of upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities (e.g., reloads, referrals).
• Develop and maintain records on customer contacts and use that information to support effective follow-up opportunities.

Guest Experience and Company Standards :

• Welcome and greet all guests and anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

To Become a Sales Executive T rainee :

• Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
• The incumbent is required to maintain an active and in good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law.
• One-year related experience is preferred .
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time .
