Job summary

The Remedy Group is seeking an Account Executive to serve as a strategic resource for providers, clinics, and healthcare organizations across your territory. You will connect patients to specialized therapies and partner with referral sources in neurology, immunology, gastroenterology, rheumatology, and other complex disease states.

You will grow and strengthen provider relationships, expand referral networks, and represent a high-touch specialty pharmacy model at regional and national events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Healthcare sales experience preferred (specialty pharmacy, home infusion, or biologics).
  • Experience calling on specialists in neurology, immunology, gastroenterology, rheumatology or related areas valued.
  • Hemophilia, IG/IVIG, rare disease or specialty therapy experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex territories and developing referral relationships.
  • Ability to travel across the territory and attend regional/national events.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand referral networks.
  • Educate providers on specialty pharmacy services and patient support programs; deliver presentations at events.

As an Account Executive, you'll serve as a strategic resource to providers, clinics, and healthcare organizations throughout your territory. You'll help connect patients to specialized therapies while partnering with referral sources across neurology, immunology, gastroenterology, rheumatology, and other complex disease states.

What You’ll Do
Grow and Strengthen Provider Relationships
  • Build and maintain trusted partnerships with physicians, office staff, healthcare providers, and community stakeholders throughout your territory.
  • Become a valued resource for referral sources by understanding their challenges and helping identify solutions that support patient care.
  • Expand awareness of specialty pharmacy services and increase patient access to therapy.
Drive Territory Growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand referral networks.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities within the territory.
  • Launch and support growth initiatives across new therapies and disease states.
  • Consistently develop and maintain a strong pipeline of referral opportunities.
Represent a High-Touch Specialty Pharmacy Model
  • Educate providers on available specialty pharmacy services and patient support programs.
  • Deliver professional presentations and educational programs to healthcare audiences.
  • Represent the organization at regional and national conferences, industry events, and networking opportunities.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and advocate for exceptional patient care.
Operate with Excellence
  • Maintain accurate territory activity, reporting, and account documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable payer, Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to execute strategic growth initiatives and achieve territory objectives.
Preferred Background
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Healthcare sales experience preferred, particularly within specialty pharmacy, home infusion, or biologics.
  • Experience calling on specialists within neurology, immunology, gastroenterology, rheumatology, or related therapeutic areas is highly valued.
  • Hemophilia, immunoglobulin (IG/IVIG), rare disease, or specialty therapy experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex territories and developing referral relationships.
  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory and attend regional and national industry events.
