Job summary

Mark’s Cleaning Service in Medina, OH is seeking a Cleaning Operations Support Technician to assist with daily operations across our commercial cleaning accounts.

This full-time evening position offers variety, travel between client sites, and opportunities to support staff and maintain cleaning quality while upholding company standards. You will work with different teams, help with training, address routine issues, and communicate concerns to management. Evenings and some weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Dependable and punctual
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between customer locations
• Able to work independently with a positive attitude
• Leadership experience is a plus; evening hours and weekends may be required

Mark’s Cleaning Service is seeking a reliable Cleaning Operations Support Technician to assist with daily operations across our commercial cleaning accounts.

This position is ideal for someone who likes variety, enjoys working with different people and locations, and can step in wherever support is needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning support at customer locations
• Assist with employee coverage and staffing needs
• Perform routine janitorial and custodial duties
