Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to drive new business development across the US. This role will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, focusing exclusively on acquiring net-new accounts.

At Techment , we help businesses accelerate their digital transformation with deep expertise in AI, Data Engineering, Test Automation, and Cloud T echnologies. We are expanding our US presence and looking for a driven Sales Executive to help us grow our SMB and Mid-Market client base, focusing on services around Microsoft Fabric and Testim by Tricentis .

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing.
  • Generate your own leads through outbound outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities primarily in SMB and Mid-Market segments.
  • Position and sell IT consulting services with a focus on Microsoft Fabric and Test Automation using Testim by Tricentis.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers at target accounts.
  • Leverage available SDR support, marketing assets, and technical presales resources.
  • Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and onboarding of new clients.
Skills
  • Relevant experience selling IT consulting or professional services (preferably in Data, Cloud, or Test Automation domains).
  • Hunter mentality — driven to seek out and win new business.
  • Strong consultative selling skills — able to uncover business needs and craft solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (Microsoft Fabric knowledge is a plus).
