Capital Vacations is seeking a driven Sales Executive to join our Sedona team. Present luxury vacation ownership opportunities, build rapport, identify client needs, and guide guests through the sales process to close with confidence.

This is a high-income, performance-driven opportunity with uncapped commissions up to 18% and a solid support system including comprehensive training, licensing reimbursement up to $1000, and company-paid life insurance and long-term disability.

Formación

• Proven sales performers with a track record of closing deals.
• Strong communicators who excel in face-to-face sales.
• Hospitability and luxury sales experience preferred.
• Licensed Real Estate Agents or candidates ready to obtain a license.

This is a high-income, performance-driven opportunity with uncapped earning potential and a clear path for advancement.

COMPENSATION

• $150K-$400K+ first-year earning potential
• Uncapped commissions up to 18%
• Two consecutive days off each week | Weekends & holidays required
• Weekly base pay + monthly performance bonuses
