Job summary

Aramark Internship Program seeks a Sales Intern for the Destinations program in Pacific Grove, CA.This paid summer internship embeds you in client-site operations across the US, focused on Food & Hospitality, Facilities, or Refreshments services.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with structured leadership development, mentorship, and cohort-based learning, and participate in leadership acceleration pathways.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (or progressing towards one).
• Hospitality, Operations Management, Culinary Arts, Food Service Management, Facilities Management, Business or related majors preferred.
• Rising juniors and seniors preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership potential through campus involvement, prior work experience, or extracurricular activities.
• Strong verbal, written, and professional communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by operations.
• Eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Actively engages with Monterey peninsula community through events, promotions, tabling’s, and social media
• Adheres to brand guidelines, policies, and procedures and complete projects according to deadlines
• Collaborates with Sales Managers and leadership team to plan and execute quality events
• Help to drive sales growth through tabling events and community activities
• Receive feedback from Sales Managers and make necessary changes
• Assists with Asilomar special events, promotions, and various sales initiatives in multiple departments
