Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as a sales and events coordinator.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to attend evening/weekend events.

Responsibilities

• Assist with booking and managing private dining and event inquiries.
• Follow up with leads.
• Help prepare proposals, event orders, and confirmation materials.
• Coordinate with GMs, chefs, and service teams to execute successful events.
• Maintain organized records and track event details from start to finish.
• Support client communication with professionalism and urgency.
• Conduct outreach and help identify new sales opportunities.
