Job summary

Peachtree Group seeks a Hotel Sales Coordinator to support the sales and events team in booking meeting and event spaces. The role interfaces with hotel departments and external vendors to ensure seamless events and high client satisfaction.

The coordinator handles calls and emails, responds to inquiries about facilities, rates, packages, and services, and prepares proposals and reports for clients and suppliers. A strong emphasis on coordinating cross-functionally is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience handling inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to communicate clearly by phone and email.
• Strong organizational skills for coordinating meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and respond to caller inquiries in a pleasant manner.
• Answer client / bookers questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants etc.).
• Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
• Responsible for coordinating internally with the sales & marketing team.
• Generating reports, preparing proposals, collections details, coordinating with clients & suppliers.
