Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to calculate margins, markups, and discounts.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong organization and decision-making ability.
• Good negotiation skills and persuasive ability.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers.
• Willingness to learn products, systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates for new jobs, changes, and additional work scope.
• Ensure estimates are submitted on time.
• Follow processes for timeliness, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Review order confirmations for correct products and shipping dates.
• Collaborate with operations and scheduling departments.
• Communicate clearly and maintain a positive attitude.
• Maintain records of all estimates.
• Act as a liaison between customers and co-workers.
