Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a Sales/Estimator to join our team in a dynamic construction environment. You will communicate with customers, prepare estimates, present feasibility studies, and read blueprints to support project planning.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking ability, and a team-first mindset. Experience with Quick Bid and On-Screen Takeoff is preferred, and advancement opportunities are highlighted in our ESOP-driven culture.

Aufgaben

• Communicate effectively as part of a team and understand sales and negotiating techniques.
• Develop and deliver presentations.
• Develop and present building estimates and feasibility studies.
• Read schematics, blueprints, and/or technical manuals.
• Maintain technical knowledge of building components and their function.
• Knowledge of building components life cycle values and maintenance requirements.
• Gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
• Provide technical guidance and/or supervision to architects, structural engineers, and independent contractors.
• Understand compliance with federal, state and local codes and regulations.
• Negotiate and manage contractual arrangements.
