Job summary

Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a Sales/Estimator to join our team in Greer, SC. You will develop and present estimates, read blueprints, and communicate with architects, engineers, and contractors to secure repeat business.

The role requires strong negotiation skills, knowledge of building codes, and the ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy. PTO, health and retirement plans, and performance bonuses are included.

Qualifications

• Commercial drywall construction background.
• Excellent communication in person, verbal and written.
• Strong multitasking ability and team leadership.
• Proficient with Quick Bid and On-Screen Takeoff.
• Ability to build relationships for repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver presentations.
• Develop and present building estimates and feasibility studies.
• Read schematics, blueprints, and/or technical manuals.
• Maintain technical knowledge of building components and their function.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimating, and fiscal management principles and procedures.
• Negotiate and manage contractual arrangements.
