Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a Sales/Estimator to join our drywall-focused construction team. You will develop and present building estimates, read blueprints, and communicate effectively with clients and engineers to drive project wins.

The role emphasizes data-driven estimating, strong customer service, and collaboration with architects and contractors. Growth opportunities and a supportive, employee-owned environment are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Strong communication in person, verbally, and written.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints and manuals.
• Knowledge of building codes, regs, and maintenance requirements.
• Experience in cost estimating and budgeting for drywall/construction.
• Ability to develop and present building estimates.
• Ability to gather data and prepare reports.
• Ability to guide architects/engineers and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively as part of a team and understand sales and negotiating techniques.
• Develop and deliver presentations.
• Develop and present building estimates and feasibility studies.
• Read schematics, blueprints, and/or technical manuals.
• Maintain technical knowledge of building components and their function.
• Gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
• Provide technical guidance to architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Assess contract compliance and product/service quality.
• Understand budgeting, cost estimating and fiscal management principles.
