Job summary

Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a Sales/Estimator to join our team in Savannah. You will blend sales acumen with precise estimating, reading blueprints, and coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to win profitable projects.

You will deliver compelling presentations, develop feasibility studies, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of building components and codes. A growth mindset and client-focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (in-person, verbal, written).

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver presentations to clients and team members.
• Develop and present building estimates and feasibility studies.
• Read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to inform estimates.
• Maintain knowledge of building components and lifecycle requirements.
• Coordinate with architects and engineers and supervise contractors as needed.
• Assist in budgeting, cost estimating, and procurement processes.
• Ensure contract compliance and quality of products/services.
