Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Drywall Sales/Estimator to join our Wilmington, NC team. You will support the sales cycle, prepare building estimates, read blueprints, and collaborate with architects and contractors to win projects.

Qualifications

• Commercial drywall construction background.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Team-oriented with growth mindset.
• Detail-oriented with budgeting basics.
• Familiar with building codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively as part of a team and understand sales and negotiating techniques.
• Develop and deliver presentations.
• Develop and present building estimates and feasibility studies.
• Read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Maintain technical knowledge of building components and their function.
• Know building components lifecycle values and maintenance requirements.
• Gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
• Provide technical guidance and supervision to architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Understand construction practices and procurement rules.
• Negotiate and manage contractual arrangements.
• Make complex operating, administrative, and procedural decisions.
• Assess contract compliance and product/service quality.
• Understand budgeting, cost estimating, and fiscal management principles.
