You will guide demos, POCs, and hands-on workshops while hiring and mentoring top-tier engineers, enabling accelerated growth and stronger customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical pre-sales teams in high-growth SaaS environments.
• Track record of winning deals in competitive, high-velocity sales cycles.
• Ability to develop talent and foster high-performing teams.
• Comfort in unblocking deals and driving technical win across the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, and develop Sales Engineers through coaching and mentorship.
• Own the technical win across new business and expansion deals in Commercial segment.
• Guide teams through demos, POCs, and hands-on workshops to accelerate evaluation motions.
• Foster a culture of trust, growth, and collaboration within the team.
