Qualifications

• Technische Ausbildung, Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung.
• Erfahrung in Funkkommunikation, RF, IP-Netzwerken oder Kommunikationssystemen.
• Gute Kenntnisse in MANET, MIMO oder taktischen Kommunikationssystemen von Vorteil.
• Erfahrung im Verteidigungs-, öffentlicher Sicherheit- oder professionellen Kommunikationssektor von Vorteil.
• Technisches Verständnis gekoppelt mit Kundenorientierung.
• Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Anforderungen in praxisnahe Lösungen zu übersetzen.
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Bereitschaft zu Reisen innerhalb Deutschlands und international.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
• Führerschein Klasse B.
• Einwandfreies polizeiliches Führungszeugnis (Nachweis erforderlich).

Responsibilities

• Technische Beratung und Unterstützung von Kunden im Verkaufsprozess
• Analyse der Kundenanforderungen und Entwicklung geeigneter technischer Lösungen
• Auslegung und Konfiguration taktischer Kommunikations-, MANET- und IP-basierter Systeme
• Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Produktdemonstrationen, Bewertungen und Proof-of-Concepts
• Technische Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungen, Angeboten und Systemkonzepten
• Planung und Optimierung von Funk- und Netzarchitekturen
• Technische Präsentationen und Workshops für Kunden und Endanwender
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Serviceteam vor Ort und Partnern
• Bereitstellung von Markt- und Kundenfeedback für die Weiterentwicklung unserer Lösungen

• Under our meshTECH brand, we distribute and develop advanced communication solutions for professional and mission-critical applications, including MANET and MIMO radio systems.
• As a master distributor of Silvus Technologies, we integrate StreamCaster radio systems into customer-specific communication solutions.

• Technical consulting and support of customers throughout the sales process
• Analysis of customer requirements and development of suitable technical solutions
• Design and configuration of tactical communication, MANET and IP-based systems
• Preparation and execution of product demonstrations, evaluations and Proof-of-Concepts
• Technical support for tenders, proposals and system concepts
• Planning and optimization of radio and network architectures
• Technical presentations and workshops for customers and end users
• Close cooperation with Sales, our Field Service team and technology partners
• Providing customer and market feedback for the continuous development of our solutions

Требования:

• Technical degree, vocational qualification or comparable professional experience
• Experience in radio communications, RF, IP networking or communication systems
• Knowledge of MANET, MIMO or tactical communication systems is a strong advantage
• Experience in the defence, public safety or professional communications sector is an advantage
• Strong technical understanding combined with a customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into practical solutions
• Confident and professional communication with customers and technology partners
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Willingness to travel within Germany and internationally
• Very good German and good English skills
• Driving licence class B
